I’m 15. About a month ago I started to notice these red marks on my boobs [[Sorry i hate the word breasts it sounds funny hahaha ]] They are spoke-like. NO they aren’t stretch marks.. I know what stretch marks look like, I have them on my hips cause i grew to 5’10 from 5’6 in 8 months! But seriously…

they ALWAYS hurt, really badly =/
and i have a family history of breast cancer and cysts and things like that. i don’t want to bug my mom about it just yet because i don’t know what they are.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Just over 3 weeks ago I noticed a lump in my right breast. I kept an eye on it to see if it went away with my period, but it did not. Yesterday at my annual GYN appointment, I told my doctor about it and she felt it right away. She is sending me for an ultrasound next week.

I am only 24 years old, and know that chances are it’s not going to be cancer. But what else could it be? I know it could be a cyst…is there anything else?

Also, I have herad of fibrosystic breast disease (basically where you have lumpy boobs!) and was wondering if it’s possible to have that in one breast but not the other. My right breast has the lump, but my left has none.

Just curious about what to expect in the next week, and looking for some less serious possible dianoses to concentrate on instead of letting myself worry while I wait for the ultrasound next week.

I have lumps in my breast.
Theres not just one, theres a few.
Their VERY painful.

I went to the doctor.
They did several tests.
its not cancer, its not cysts.
my doctor said its because i take in so much caffiene.
I dropped ALL of my caffiene and they went down a LITTLE.
but not really enough to say it was the caffiene.

should i get another doctors opinion?
or is it possible caffeine can cause very painful lumps in boobs?
yes im on BC pills.
i started the BC pills in the summer of 2005
and they lumps just recently started in late 2007

Help with Anxiety

I have had this for over a week. I do not recall having hit it on anything so it is making finding the cause rather difficult. I have seen one doctor and was told it could possibly be an inflamed cyst. He gave me antibiotics (not sure why). I have taken them and have seen no difference. I am 33, so please no one assume I am 15 and just developing boobs. I have been searching the internet and everything seems to lead to breast cancer sites. I really doubt that. I just want to know if anyone else has had something similar or knows someone who has.

But all the reading i have done says its only common in older women of between 35 on, she has been in pain since Sat what should i do?
She had an ultra sound and they said it is a cyst also to the lady that sent the first answer it was the breast cancer web site i checked up on. Also my daughter went through puberty early so its not that. Hope this helps get a answer : )
Oops i also want to say the cyst is only 2.5cm i know but she has small boobs so to her its half the size almost of her whole boob.
Thats good information, the scan lady told me there was bleeding in the cyst but she told me that the only way to rule out any serious conditions in young girls is to draw the fluid out and send it off because its the color of the fluid in the cyst that determins the risks but he didn’t do that, did you ? but what you have said has eased some of my worries Thankyou Cheers

hi i am a bit worried i have had a sore breast for for about 2 months went to docs and she says she thinks it is a cyst i am 32 and really worried it could be cancer as my family have all had bc but they were all over 40 she says she is not too worried but i bloody am
