I recently found a lump in my breast that did not show up on an ultrsound so I am preparing to go see surgeon to see if he wants to biopsy it. Docotor say’s lump is mobile. I’ve heard so many people say cysts dont hurt. The area of my breast were the lump os hurts as well as in my rib cage, arm pit and shoulder. So does this sound like a cyst? The doctor used doctor terms to explain to me why it didn’t show up even thought it is close to the skin
In each breast i’ve got a big lump, which takes up basically the whole of the breast, so its not a small cyst or whatever. i dont know wot they are??

i’m pretty sure its not cancer because of my age, and i’ve heard of these things called fibrodenomas and fibrocystic breast disease but i dont think they can get as big as what i’ve got.
i wear a size 34E but without the lumps i’d probably b more like an A!!
i just want to know what they are.
has anyone had the same problem?
i just want to get rid of them. its off-putting and i hate them.

i have a lump on the outside of my breast, it has been there for months, usually get white pus when squeezed, normal color skin. the last couple days it has gotten an angry red and constantly oozes yellow watery bloody stuff….should i be worried? two docs say it is a cyst and not to worry, but that was before this change….i am very concerned.

my baby is amost 3 weeks old and her left breast has a lump in it and it almost feels like a cyst. the other breast has a little lump but the left one is much bigger and feels really werid. i know newborns may have swollen breasts but this feels soo much different from the right breast. what is it>?
Is there pain when you have lumps, they may be cysts but I feel them all the time and sometimes are hard and hurt when I touch them. Anyone can help?
I’ve recently found a lump in one of my breast. It very firm and does not move much at all. First my breast was extremely tender to the touch but now seems swollen and my nipple looks almost “crusty” compared to the other. I made a doctor’s appointment to have this looked out, but does it sound like cysts or possibly something else? Any help is grateful and thank you in advance.
I forgot to add that the breast is also discolored and has a slight discharge.
my best friend came over tonight and had an exam today and she is being sent for a mammogram and ultrasound. she has a lump over her left nipple,its round,hard and 4 cmm. she said its been there a year and was afraid to go to doc. she is 36. i am hoping its a cyst. do you think it is ? she is not big chested and she said when laying down it is visible, hard, and makes her aerola indent some.

I was told 5 years ago that a lump in my breast was a cyst (by my family doctor at the time). I recently started having some discomfort in the area & had it examined by my new doctor. Had a mammogram (which didn’t show anything) & an ultrasound which showed something that they were unable to determine what it was. She said it’s not fluid filled & it could be a fibradrenoma (I think I spelt that wrong). Going for a biopsy. My question is, could I have had a lump all this time that just recently turned cancerous? I figured if it was cancerous to begin with I wouldn’t have lived this long, right?

Small lump in breast?
I am 16 years old and yesterday I found a small lump in my right breast just above my nipple. It is slightly red around the area and a little sore. There is not one in my other breast. It has been just a little less than a week since my last period.
I know non-cancerious lumps/cysts are common around my age and often they go away on their own. How long should I give it before getting it checked out?
