got painful lump in boob. think it probably from caffeine, it like a cyst. anyways – what if yous a virgin and u embarrassed to let doc see n touch ur brests? how u get ur mind off dat and get checked.

Help with Anxiety

I recently found out that i had an ovarian cyst on my right ovary. It grew to be about 14×14 inches. My doctor was very rude to me and wound up cutting me about 2inches below my breasts straight down my stomach, around my bellybutton and then back down into my underwear. Straight down its about 9inches, or including the curve around my belly button its about 12.5 inches.

I have heard of people with large tumors the size of basket balls being removed and having nothing larger than a C section, so im beginning to feel as though my Doc. took the easy way out and just hacked into me. Has anyone else had a cyst removed of this size? How large was your incision?

Angina Help

I’m 27 years old and have had this lump and pain in my left breast for about 3 weeks now. The lump is large and very hard. It’s not under my arm so I assume that rules out a swollen lymphnode. I did some research online regarding breast cancer lumps and everything I have read says normally there is no pain with the lump. My mother has had 3 cyst in her breast. Not sure if that is hereditary. Anyways I know a lot of you will say to see a doc. and get the exam but I just signed up for insurance and it doesn’t kick in for another 2 weeks. I am just curious if any of you might have an idea as to what this is. Maybe calm my nerves before going in…or not.

Help with Anxiety

Im starting to wonder how smart my doc is. She is not very helpful when it comes to things simple things like what meds are safe during breastfeeding, she basically says everything you cant use while pregnant still isnt safe while breastfeeding which I know isnt true. I also told her I have a breast cyst and I had to ask her to take a ultrasound in order to better screen it. She is starting to scare me when it comes to common sense things and she is not very up beat. I only have 5 weeks to go. I really trust her colleague more. Can I switch with her or is it too late.

Anxiety Help

Ok I could understand if I was young and not done developing yet but I am 26 y/o. I had to have a complete hysterectomy when I was 21 so there is no chance that I can be pregnant. The docs wont put me on any hormones either cuz they say I am too young. So that is not an issue. I have went from a 38 DD to a
40 F in less than a month. I have contacted the doctor but they want to put me in the hospital and run tests because they have never heard of this happening either. I have been checked for cysts and stuff already and everything came up normal. I dont have the money to go to the doc and I also have a special needs child that needs constant care. Any advice or comments of ever hearing this happen before would be greatly appreciated.
I have lost almost 50 pounds……so no I haven’t gained anything and i thought maybe that they just seemed bigger due to a smaller tummy underneath but I have actually had to go out and buy bigger bras in order to get them to fit

my friend found a lump on her breast and her doc told her it was a sebaceous cyst and not harmful. she had her breast removed a year ago from cancer and was cured. the doc said it’s most likely nothing, but let’s just remove it because it’ll bother you. anyhow, bad news it’s invasive cancer..how can that happen? do they really look alike? she said the lump didn’t move and i thought cyst’s move?!
