I recently found out that i had an ovarian cyst on my right ovary. It grew to be about 14×14 inches. My doctor was very rude to me and wound up cutting me about 2inches below my breasts straight down my stomach, around my bellybutton and then back down into my underwear. Straight down its about 9inches, or including the curve around my belly button its about 12.5 inches.

I have heard of people with large tumors the size of basket balls being removed and having nothing larger than a C section, so im beginning to feel as though my Doc. took the easy way out and just hacked into me. Has anyone else had a cyst removed of this size? How large was your incision?

Angina Help

About a month ago my doctor found a cyst on my right ovary, he said my left ovary is still good and has a normal cycle. The past week i have been very nauseated, and my breasts have been aching really bad. Im about 5 days late for this period and i took a pregnancy test and it came back negative, i was just wondering if PCOS can mess with the results of the test or not. Any advise is wonderful and appreciated!!

hey, i had another question…What are the symptoms of ovarian cyst? and can stress be a factor to causing them.

ive came to the conclusion of my condition being ovarian cyst but not pregnancy because:

-I have pressure above my pelvic bone, and it feels like its swollen n hard( i was told if i was pregnant it wouldnt be hard so early in preg)
-the pain is like shooting pains i get it on my right side mostly, center and left sometimes higher in my stomach
-i feel bladder pressure
-a little nausea
-feel hot, feverish like
-gained 5 pounds( if i were pregnant i’d maybe at the most 4 weeks, i dont know if u can gain 5 pounds in pregnancy that quick)
-breast are tender
- my mother had one ovary removed from a cyst (maybe hederitary)
-i’ve been under really bad stress thinking i was pregnant

do you believe i came to the right conclusion, i had a urine pregnancy test done at the doctors 15 days after intercourse and it was negative, nurse at school said she didnt believe i was pregnant
i will visit a doctor soon because im stressing my self out even more

also i have clear, whitish sometimes creamy discharge
ooh i forgot to add.. I;’ve only had sex once in my life it was 2 days before my period ended and a condom was used

Ok, I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, but i still have a good ovary which means i can very well get pregnant…. My last period was Feb 5th, and for over a week now i have been having major breast pains and aches and also im constanly hungry and feel sick if i dont eat.. I think there is more going on here than pre-menopause stuff. My periods for June July and Aug were much heavier than normal (buton time and normal length). Sept was stricken with a lot of pain on lower left side and y period was 25 days late (almost missed). Ultrasound revealed a burst cyst and sightly larger left ovary. Pelvic exam showed 1cm polyp attached to the cervix. I am awaiting PAP results. I have NO appetite, still pain & discomfort in lower abdomen, and left side, and into my thighs,and lower back, breast tenderness, alot of fatigue, cold all the time, frequent indigestion and now a spotting dark light kind of peiod in Oct. Iam NOT pregnant and my thyroid is fine. Anyone with similar health issues with any input/experience would be greatly appreciated. A bit fearful of ovarian cancer???

If i had a cyst on my ovary and got a postive pregnancy test from the hospital, would i also have the breast tenderness and pain?
The doctor said i was less than a week pregnant but i have PCOS and im scared that its maybe just a cyst not a pregnancy
